On top of that you get free consultation for any helicopter charters. This means that you will fly for the same price that we as a charter firm buy the flights from our operators. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 30 minutes prior to departure if not advised differently by us or the airline.
This depends on the aircraft you fly on. As a rule of thumb, each seat on a light or midsize jet equates to one passenger and one item of luggage. Each item of luggage is considered to be the standard 23 kilograms, or 50 lbs. Please note that the measures of the luggage can influence that as well as the aircraft and the flight time.
Depending on the aircraft we can organise a simple snack and a refreshment as well as a customised VIP menu. If the airline has an allocated food and beverage budget per flight and you order something special, please note that you might be charged extra. Inform Zadra Aviation of any food allergies. In case of a special request pre ordering is advised.
We offer a range of business jet, propeller aircrafts, helicopters and VIP airliners depending on the client’s preference and need. All aircrafts are commercially operated by licensed operators/airlines and selected carefully to provide you the best and most comfortable journey possible.
If you consider that there are no queues at check-in, no waiting time in terminals. Assuming that you have to be at the airport 30 minutes before departure (with international flights 2 hours) you save 2 to 4 hours each time you charter a flight.
If you need any transportation from or to the airport let us know and we will organise a pickup for you; however, additional cost for the transfer is not included in the initial flight cost. You can choose to pay us directly or pay the driver on the spot.
You are chartering a private jet. We have previously flown chickens, birds, turtles, dogs and cats on our flights. If you want to bring your beloved ones please inform us in advance and provide any required documents such as vaccination certificates.
